3.5 star ratingIts pretty nice hotel and clean equipped with a shopping complex around the corner but the problem is very limited parking space and small. My opinion is that, since it opened until now, this hotel is already well known in and outside the country, especially Brunei, why we did not think to add or make more parking space with more sophisticated facilities for visitors who want to stay overnight?About the negative reviews, I have a little problem with 'Air conditioning' in the room. It is not cold at all and I feel unhappy about it... But I did not know whether it was just 'air conditiong' in the room only or all rooms in the hotel. I hope the hotel management would be able to monitor the air conditioner in the room. For the record, I stayed in room 1510 on 16 November 2013 and I can not slept well that night because I felt uncomfortable at all that night.Masmerah Mohamad21 November 2013

3.5 star ratingGot upgraded to grand deluxe room when checking in when I only booked deluxe room. Room is very large n enough for us family of four with two adults n 2 children one aged 6 n the other aged 2. Very convenient for shopping. Parking in the basement is free for in house guests Breakfast selection is fair. Food runs out fast if u come in late. Love the showers Extra pillows cost RM$10 each n there is no choice as stated in their welcome pack in the room Aircon is noisy. Electricity went out for about an hour during our stay around 11.15am Housekeeping is slow n calls for change of bedding was unanswered after calling 3Xs told the front desk but even then the housekeeper nvr came that evening. Can hear next door neighbors n definitely not sound proof. Even can hear ppl frm the corridors. Bed linen is of fair quality. Comforter very scratchy n flared up our allergy hence the repeated call to housekeeping. TV channels very few selection n none dedicated for kids Hotel kits are so so. Tml_26018 June 2014

Very nice and comfortable room. .Very unique & nice lobby and sharing the lobby with other tenants on the 3 floors, so wifi is more stronger in the lobby1. Very difficult to drop passengers at the front of the lobby. 2. Full parking space, therefore, difficult to find an empty slot. 3. Traffic jam. 4. Wifi not strong enough to use in the room. 5. I scratched & cut my fingers on the ironing board because there was a sharp nail sticking out at the end of the ironing board (Room 1306). 6. There was an electric trip in the hotel for a minute 7. No face & hair towels provided. 8. No sewing kit provided. 9. Lobby not nicely decorated. 10. Do not like the kind of sharing the lobby on 3 floors with other tenants because other tenants can see you entering your room or going out of your room while they are sitting outside. 2.0 star ratingThe hotel is well located, with a shopping mall adjacent to the main lobby. The room is not well maintained. In the first room that we stayed in, the rain shower has a missing arm, so whenever I turn on the shower, water will splash everywhere. Shower screen has missing handle. There were water seepage from the level above. After we inform the hotel, we were arrange to change to another, much smaller room due to non availability of room of the same type. This second room is not any better than the first. We noticed the rubbish bin were not emptied, bed sheet stinks and there were lizards running around. Definitely not what we expect from a 4 star hotel. Maverick07 April 2015
