3.0 star ratingThe room is big and have swimming pool.We requested for Non-smoking room but it was fully booked so had to stay in Smoking room. It was really smelly, there's dust & web at the corner of the room, the cups in the room were slightly dirty as well (there's lip stain on the cup!) and the process of check-in taking more times then usual. 3.0 star ratingSaw a note left behind by the chamber maid. Pleasantly surprised. Very thoughtful. Lighting in the bathroom is dim. Can be brighter. No need to change the room slippers daily which is Eco unfriendly. Although had breakfast vouchers, but skipped the food altogether because absolutely not appealing! Although we stayed at the non smoking level but we could smell remnants of smoke. Enforcement can certainly be tighter! S H 14 August 2015
