3.5 star ratingNice rooms, food and good shuttle bus service.Reception staff did not know about my request with the booking to have a quiet room far from the elevators. When I got my room I saw it was used and had not been cleaned. Dirty towels etc on the bed which was not made. It took them 35 minutes and two phonecalls to bring ironing facility to my room.Rob06 June 2011
