3.5 star ratingNice infrastructure, beautiful outside garden and swiming pools. The service at the restaurant is terrible. I understand that the hotel was very busy but it has to keep the same standards of service at all cost whether is empty or not. This is a very know problem in the tunisian hotels: Tunisian service is very weak! It is a petty such a beautiful hotel with such a terrible service at the main restaurant and a so so service at the reception. Peterball13 September 2010
3.5 star ratingNice, well designed interior. Staff are hard-work - dont try very hard to be accommodating. None of the restaurants were really open, and the bar and then the sheesha lounge closed very early. For what it is, it is highly over-priced. 04 December 2013

3.5 star ratingreception staff polite , location is nice , lobby is nice, cafe' more for sciscia very good . no wi fi signal , broken furnitures , dirth wall near the bed , staff at breakfast work in confusion style it seems no chef to organize their work - quality of food at breakfast not as per my expectation quality of materials for breakfast very low - room very basic , missing do not disturn sign so cleaning staff came 9 am to ring our door . for 2 days came back at 4.30pm and room was not yet cleaned. luigi26 March 2016
