4.5 star ratingThe hotel`s location is excellent; shops, restaurants and the beach are in walking distance. For the price Kaiser is excellent value. All the staff was very friendly, service-minded and helpful. My room was clean, air-conditioned, had good bathroom, comfortable beds, nice balcony and a wonderful view to the sea. I really enjoyed my visit and will be back there soon.sofiamaria24 October 2013

2.0 star ratingTrevlig personal i restaurangen. Jättedålig standard. Ointresserad personal i receptionen. Balkongen översvämmades varje dag av rinnande vatten uppifrån. Inget som åtgärdades trots att vi klagade flera ggr. Vi kunde inte gå ut på balkongen pga detta. Svagt betyg pga detta trots att rummet i övrigt var ok.Anonym 16 October 2014

2.0 star ratingCheap if on a budget, basics covered and housekeeping. If you simply require an uncomfortable bed, and will be heading out most of the day, you could save a lot of money and stay here, however shop around first.Unpleasant staff, lack basic consistent customer service. Be prepared to carry your own bags. Beds uncomfortable, sheets, pillows and towels - horrendous quality and smell of stale bleach. If the price is an important factor, recommend carrying your own bedding and towels. Lifts were broken on last day, so all customers had to carry numerous bags down stairs - again no provisions or assistance provided. Breakfast abysmal. As it is a cheap hotel in every sense, there is no entertainment, the pool is pretty much a paddling pool, I do not recommend this hotel if you are new to Tunisia.Io602 October 2016
