4.5 star ratingThe room was lovely and the staff ever-helpful. The pool, jacuzzi/steam room and pool terrace bar were lovely areas to unwind in and enjoy the views. We were disappointed not to be able to enjoy afternoon tea at the hotel, despite it being only 3pm. The snack menu and room service menu only contained heavier meals rather than lighter snacks (scones, pastries, cold sandwiches, smoked salmon etc). 06 October 2008

4.0 star ratingStaff were fantastic and personalable - at 5 star quality. The manager, Alex was excellent and approachable. He was available and always willing to help. The hotel itself was head and shoulders above other hotels in the city. Wed 6 - 6.30pm was an invitation to guests to have free drink and food by the poolside - a great addition!Rooms are slightly dated. Mould in our shower room.jackboa15 August 2011
