4.5 star ratingVery well maintained hotel with modern facilities and chic look. The location is superb as many tourist attractions are at walking distance. Good for family because our kids also enjoyed it. The bathrooms can be furnished with bath tubs. We missed bath-tub there.Anand05 February 2013

4.0 star rating- Located in the center of town, walkable distance to major shopping malls, markets, pier and sightseeing attractions (waterfront, clock tower, signal hill observatory tower). - Breakfast buffet with variety of food from 6:30 to 10:30. - Free wifi in room. - Big room, spacious even with two 29" luggage open.. - Airport shuttle station right outside the hotel.- Slow wifi speed, inadequate for loading video files, slow for loading photo. - Quite low efficiency in room-keeping, not ready to tidy up the room even in 4 pm .FeFe08 January 2014

4.0 star ratingThe room was very clean, the hotel is centrally positioned with friendly and helpful concierge staff. The gym is well equipped and there was a large selection of food at breakfast. Overall, a very good hotel. Some (but not all) of the staff at breakfast were not very friendly. Although we had a non-smoking room, there was an occasional strange cigarette-like smell. 4.0 star ratingjust cross the road is the start of sunday market. It is split into two lanes and just nice end back at hotel. Very centralise location.More staff should be deployed to handle the crowd. Queued quite awhile for check-in and still need to wait for our room to be ready after check-in time 2pm. However i would say is unexpected crowd, with so many calls coming in to check for available rooms and is fully booked.dk31 December 2014

2.0 star rating地點市中心，有不少野食 有超市大部份員工沒禮貌，不會打招呼，冇笑容好似欠左佢地咁 １２點ＣＨＥＣＫ　ＯＵＴ，但１１點半門卡會失效，不能坐電梯夠其他設施，員工不會主動幫你重開卡 早餐選擇少，員工收碟速度極慢 ５樓有ＳＫＹ　ＳＰＡ，員工質素參差不齊，諗住近ｄ按下腳啦，但價錢比市內其他出名既ＳＰＡ更貴，但環境似大陸場且唔足鐘，　重要強迫簽小費，唔信既可以一試tim22 April 2015

4.0 star ratingLocation of the hotel is very good especially if you are keen to visit the sunday market in morning, which is along Gaya Street. Hotel staff are polite, friendly & understanding (2 thumbs up for them) I find the corridor to my room; the lighting is a little dim. This is just my personal opinion only. 4.5 star ratingThe room is large, clean and tidy with a great sea view. And it is near to every famous and popular restaurant, store or supermarket (around 5-10 mins walk). Such a nice hotel!
