4.5 star ratingLokasi yang strategik, gerai disediakan, staf yang peramah/mesra.Bilik yang luas tetapi perlu disediakan keperluan asas seperti tea/coffee (3 in 1), peti sejuk, bath tab, sofa dan lantai perlu dipasangkan dengan karpet.14 February 2013
3.0 star ratingIt needs free transport to panti cenang,not everybody is up to driving bike or car so transport works out expensive when for non muslim guests who enjoy an drink or smoke they must travel so far,@ 20 ringit each way not cheap, its so close to the INTERNATIONAL airport, so either make it a soley muslim hotel or accept guests who live a diffent life style, from experience we do know muslim people do par take in alcholl drink!!!Fridges should be in every room - even just for juice or water, the every 3rd day cleaning is very bad, should be clean towels daily at least, the price equals a much higher standard that is given. The staff are all lovely and only follow rules, also the breakfast, not evey guest is Asian - would be nice to have HOT food, yes, offer bake beans, lovely hot, cold NO! same as Asian food to us non asian we like lur food HOT.melaka08 February 2014
2.5 star ratingTilavat huoneet, ei törmää matkakunppaniin. :) Loistava arabialainen ravintola hieman piilossa taksitolpalla muutaman sadan metrin päässä.Synkkä ja ikkunaton huone loi vaikutelman vankisellistä. Kaukana kaikesta, vaikka taksi kulkee sekään ei pelasta tilannetta. Rakennettiin alun perin ostoskeskukseksi, joten tämä selittänee omituiset tilat hotelliksi.Nimetön 10 February 2014
