3.0 star ratingThe room is big and cozy.The lift is very slow and i experience lift plugging down a few times. Room floor is abit dusty, overall cleanliness is fair as the furnitures are still very new. Apartment room do not provide wifi and telephone for room services.Anonymous 18 February 2014
3.0 star ratingWe booked 2 rooms.We were requested adjoining room or connecting room as we are travelling with 3 small kids, however the staff informed us that she had assigned for us the adjoining room. We were noticed it's not adjoining room only after we went up to the room.we requested to change room. The receptionist told us it's at another tower.this caused inconvenience to us as we have lot of lugagge to shift. The receptionist should tell us honestly if it's not adjoining to each other where im sure she knew it' not adjoining room initially. Anonymous 27 December 2014
