3.0 star ratingI love this hotel as it is walking distance to ksl and the price is low.11@century said they accept bookings from other website but never heard of Hotelopia. They asked me to pay full price, but I insisted that this should be sorted out with Hotelopia, finally the manager gave in. Then I was given a room that has no aircon, technician came yet it was not resolved. Since I have kids, I need a queen bed otherwise the kid will fall off from bed, yet manager insist within my range of booking there is no more queen size bed. Unless I top up. This wasn't my fault in the first place that the room aircon does not work. After a long talk, manager finally agree to a slightly more exp room exchange foc. If this was happened at other hotels, believe they will automatically upgrade me without so much hassle. Don't expect to find quality service here!! Anonymous 01 August 2014

2.5 star ratingGood area for shopping and with surrounded with good food stallsThe breakfast standard went down. The walls of the room is dirty. The bathroom water leaks. The door is not well maintain. It can be opened from outside without using a card. The maintainance say the door sometimes cant capture the code to lock. Have to open close a few times to capture it.
