This first-class hotel beautifully blends modern design, cosy ambiance and great service. The excellent conditions for accommodation, entertainment, sport and recreation offered at it guarantee a pleasant stay. Located in the centre of Borovetz, it is only 150 metres from the ski-lift station and a number of shops and bars. At guests' disposal are tastefully furnished apartments that provide privacy and comfort. For relaxation they can head to the modern spa centre that combines beautiful interior and modern facilities. The professional equipment and cosmetic procedures together with the specialists at the spa centre will take care for the complete relaxation and pleasurable experience of every guest. Dining is being taken to a new level in the main restaurant, where beside attractive interior guests can savour classic European dishes and skilfully prepared seafood meals.

4.0 star ratingI found the hotel well located with just a few minutes walk to Borovets resort centre. The hotel appears relatively modern and well designed. I thought the hotel was well maintained and to a good standard of cleanliness. The hotel has: a games room, secure storage room for ski/snowboard equipment, a restaurant and a lobby bar. On the lower ground floor you'll find a great pool which was heated to 26 degrees whilst I was there alongside a spa. Friends who I met whilst staying at the hotel recommended the massages on offer and that were available at very reasonable costs. My room on the third floor was appointed with a TV, large fridge, balcony, good sized wardrobe and ensuite shower room. It was cleaned daily and I had regular towel changes without leaving my towel in the shower cubicle. The breakfast was comparable to other Borovets hotels that I have stayed in. Bar prices were very affordable with a large beer priced at 4 Lev (which is about €2) and 40ml spirits at 5 Lev. Service could be found at the bar. Otherwise staff seemed happy to let you just relax by the fire and use the wifi/leather sofas for relaxing without bothering you. All in all I was very happy with my stay.The room I found quite hot even with the radiators turned off so I had to leave the twist and turn balcony door on tilt during the night to secure a comfortable sleeping temperature.
