3.0 star ratingConvient locationListed as 4 star and is more 2 1/2 to 3 star. No updates in room. Only about 12 tv channels no kids channels at all and I had an 11 year old with me. Poor service experiences. Extremely disappointed in this hotel. Will never stay there again. 13 April 2011

1.5 star ratingWorst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in MANY. There were cobwebs between the windows, rusty air vents, peeling ceiling paint, the a/c was so loud had to turn it off just to get to sleep. Complained about the room, and were told we'd be moved to a more renovated room. Packed up (a real hassle with 2 small kids), and ended up with the same exact conditions. Parking alone was $30!!! This hotel is in need of major renovation....bad, bad, bad! 21 August 2013

4.5 star ratingFrom my arrival to departure, I enjoyed almost everything about the hotel, from its value to its cleanliness.They use the "sleep number" system, but apparently, no one had checked the remote control because the bed did not change per my attempt at adjusting it, OR they need to provide better instructions to guests on how to use it. Also, an 8-inch pepperoni pizza with diet Coke from room service (I arrived around 1 a.m.) tasted good, but when you add California sales tax, a delivery charge AND a tip, the total came to $26! 2.5 star ratingWe booked and pre paid for 3 rooms through hotelopia. Upon arrival we were told that the booking was for 2 rooms only even though we had vouchers for the 3 rooms. The check in staff were hopeless and it took almost 45 minutes for them to correct THEIR error and provide the 3rd room. Although they then confirmed that the rooms had been pre paid upon checking out we were charged again for each of the rooms. We then spent another 30 minutes sorting out this additional stuff up at 5.30 in the morning. As they had already debited our credit cards with these incorrect charges we were hit with bank credit card fees which they would not refund. We would not stay in this hotel again.13 October 2013

4.5 star ratingI was able to check in early; the pool was great; iced water at the entrance; the bed was very comfortable; shower and bathrooms were dated, but clean and worked well. Storage of luggage was efficient and free. 3.0 star ratingGreat location to LAX, cleanAlthough hotel is about to undergo million dollar renovations don't stay there until its all done as the rooms are very tired, and the old sleep number beds don't work correctly and so not very comfortable. Staff take no action to address matter of guests smoking on floor and so i had to pack up and move floors./ This was my 4th trip and stay at this property but will not stay there again..Anonymous 16 October 2014
3.5 star rating I waited for over an hour to get the shuttle bus to the hotel. This is because NO ONE had contacted me to notify me re hotel name change. After a 14 hour flight from Australia plus one and half hours to get through customs and security, then another hour for a shuttle !!!
