4.0 star ratingNear the aiport... If you choose continental breakfast be aware the is not buffet!!! So I will recomend you yo choose nothing or american breakfast... Too far from Hollywood and city center... Stay here only 1 or 2 days, because by metro you will need 1h30min-2h to go to Hollywood, and taxi is very expensive...02 July 2011

3.5 star ratingThe no-smile hotel This is probably the only hotel in the US where the staff is advised not to smile to customers. Lots of stonefaces around who are nevertheless quite professional. Anyways: Would recommend the hotel only for brief layovers.c05 August 2011

4.5 star ratingProfessional clerks at reception, easy check-in and check-out. Early check-in wasn't a problem - liked the flexibility! Spa is a great addition after exploring the city. Concierge staff is professional and courteous also breakfast crew doing great job. Housekeeping doing work without any interruption every day room is cleaned perfectly. Free shuttle from and to the hotel was quick and easy.Breakfast expensive compare what you get - I don't think they know what continental means and also they can look out to Asia what they offer nowadays... Free wi fi is only in reception hall and pay if you need it in room! Hey it's 2013! I think they will revamp the pool and garden area soon it's about time because lacking ambiance.Dingo25020 July 2013

4.0 star ratingI requested an earlier check in after over 27 hours flight from Australia. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and let me have the room at 11am at no extra charge. I also emailed them to inquire about their free shuttle service from the airport and received an immediate response. I was given a quiet room away from runway side of hotel and could not hear a thing - slept like a baby ! Overall great hotel, excellent location and very friendly staff. The only thing that I could pick on was that there was no fridge or microwave in the room, also no water - which at this price I would have expected to find in a room of this caliber. Having said that, the hotel has a range of dining options on site (at high prices) was allow you to buy anything you may need. Jeanine18 July 2014

Feel looked after The only problem is the shuttle which seems to take forever to pick up but worth the wait You can do tours from here and a five dollar ride to Ma hat tan beach and shopping centre also operates so you're not stuck in rhe hotel Julia24 December 2014
