Hulmes Court B and B is a beautiful 1860s Victorian mansion, an architectural treasure situated right in the heart of Dunedin and just two to three minutes stroll will take you to the city centre, restaurants, and theaters. There are 14 guest rooms in two beautiful houses both on the original estate. Hulmes Court is a Victorian mansion and Hulmes Too is Edwardian mansion. Guests can choose from ensuite rooms and non ensuite rooms, each room is well appointed and furnished with modern amenities.
