3.0 star ratingI got this deal through trivago and so I think what we paid was fair, but I wouldn't pay full price. The room was spacious, but there were only two of us staying in a family room. We liked the fact that it had a mezzanine floor.The email confirmation said it was on the corner of George and David Sts. No number was given in the address, so I put David St into my sat Nav. This meant we drove around further and further away from where we needed to be. It should have said ST David St! Very frustrating and required a phone call which the receptionist didn't handle that well. We needed the physical address which she eventually found. I also had an unreplied email at the time of booking regarding bed status and quality. The single bed was ok but I would not want to sleep on it for a second night. The shower was pathetic re water flow. I mentioned a dripping tap to the cleaner, but she appeared disinterested. The driveway access was under maintenance on arrival and the signage was not helpful, basically non existent. This meant other occupants parked where it was impossible to drive past without getting out and moving the make shift buckets. On leaving, I called at reception but no one came to the bell. This was at 0945. I would have thought it should be manned at that time.Anonymous 20 November 2015
