Como o hotel tinha disponibilidade de quartos, nós pagamos por um quarto duplo, mas o hotel disponibilizou um apartamento com vista para o mar. Quando chegámos ao hotel para fazer o check-in, este não tinha qualquer reserva no meu nome. O recepcionista contactou o vosso site e a situação ficou resolvida.28 March 2011
