1.0 star ratingVery poor front desk staff. The room was very small and bathroom was just rubbish. Singapore government should force the training of hotel staff so that they know how to deal with customers. Staff (don't remember name, fat person) working at check-in in early morning on 15 January 2016 is not suitable for the job at front desk. Anonymous 24 January 2016
