3.5 star ratingThe capsules are a great option for having privacy. Keep up all the good work, friendliness and stay with all the pro's, improving on your good service. I am thankful having stayed here and enjoyed meeting all the people that came in. Although. Look below, the place is crowded! which is an understatement. Shoes lying everywhere! Luggage all along the floor and by reception. Not very tidy.The place is extremely crowded at reception, the aircon is so cold I could barely sleep and left with a minor flu. The showers have no holders or platform for me to put my toileteries while I'm showering, which many people seem to neglect, such a small detail overlooked. The place is clean, but relatively untidy, because nobody seems to have a place for their luggage. It's good to have a generous look at this, because untidiness creates a president that may keep some customers away in the future. I have to be honest, but I' m not sure if I am coming back to this hostel becuase of this one issue. Pieter14 August 2013
