2.0 star ratingStayed here many times and was always satisfied. Room had previous occupants history still in the toilet and room had not been cleaned. Sheets were dirty and found hair in bathtub. I called the front desk and asked for someone to clean room while I went for dinner, but when I returned nothing had been done. I called front desk and they said they did clean yet the room was stiill in previous condition. Will not return to this hotel which is a shame because son has 3 more years at UBC. So much for being a "PREFERRED CUSTOMER".shawners23 April 2013
