4.0 star ratingMit einem Großteil des Persoals waren wir sehr zufrieden, vorallem an der Rezeption.Die letzte Nacht wurden wir von Hotelgästen in der Zeit von 04:00 -- 07:00 moegens gestört. Wir haben uns auch telefonisch an der Rezeption beschwert. Diese Gäste waren so laut und aufgebracht das ich mich selber nicht aus dem Zimmer traute. Beim Scheckout am Morgen haben wir es der Dame an der Rezeption gesagt (Frau Lenz???). Sie hat uns bestätigt das die Gruppe auch bei der Abreise sehr laut war. Sie hat sich dafür entschuldigt und uns zwei Getränke an der Bar erlassen. Dies war eine nette Geste.03 November 2011
