4.5 star ratingVery friendly and professional staff of many nationalities. Great location and access to the beach club with a choice of pools and spa, unique for a city centre location. Small enough to be inter ate and the staff get to know you. Very clean. Vascos and Bocca Italian restaurant very good service, quality and ambience. wifi available in the public areas and across the beach club. Beds very comfortable.Room decor has been updated but bathrooms starting to show their age. As with any hotel in this region spirits / cocktail prices can be high.Anonymous 11 May 2015

4.0 star ratingThe hotel is located in a good location in Abu Dhabi as it is close to the marina mall and restaurants. The views from the hotel are also brilliant. The staff from the other countries are extremely polite and professional. The room service is brilliant and the room is cleaned well. Firstly the welcome at the check in stage is absolutely appaulling. As a guest we had travelled from so far to arrive straight to the hotel. All guests should be offered a welcome drink at least such as a glass of water or soft drink. Instead the reception staff tell you information that you do not want to hear when you are so tired from your travels. First of all the service of the mini bar and how it is mentioned directly upon arrival. The fact that the hotel offers a free shuttle service 3 times a day to the marina mall should be made clear rather than asking your customers if they want to PURCHASE further services. You do not even mention clearly that you offer a shuttle service at 20 dirhams to visit the sheikh Zayed mosque. These further services should be sent in an email when the booking is made. Lastly, most of the staff are from foreign countries and they are so kind and polite. They represent the hotel in such a brilliant manner, they are so respectful at all times. They deserve to be treated so well by Hilton as they are your companies biggest assets bringing in the guests and representing the hotel in every kind of way. It is these people that deserve to be treated with much love by their management. The staff are always smiling and could not be any more considerate towards the guests. We are disgusted with the management and how these poor staff are treated. They are humans just like anybody else and are the ones increasing the companies profits. It is shameful for such a well known reputable company to degrade their good staff. They should be paid and treated with love and care at all times as Hilton charges high rates to guests.Anonymous 02 October 2016
