4.0 star ratingRecently built hotel. Excellent Sea View room. Nice pools.Breakfast - poor. Could have done a lot better. A 35 minute walk into Playa Blanca though only 20 mins to new marina with nice shops and restaurants. Really need a car.20 January 2009
4.5 star ratingBeautiful large room which was cleaned to a high standard daily and toiletries regularly re-stocked. Plenty of facilities and enjoyable, comfortable areas of seating around various areas of the hotel and its grounds. Free wi-fi facility in the main hall area was also a welcome feature.The only major gripe would be the dining hall facilities. The procedure for getting hot drinks from a machine at breakfast is not worthy of a 5* hotel. There's often large queues for these machines as there are simply not enough. Would be much better to be brought either tea, coffee or hot water by a waiter/waitress in a jug on arrival at your table. This is normal procedure in most other 5* hotels. Other minor gripe is the 'turn down' service (chocs & cotton foot mat) at night which is not consistent. Some nights we received it and some nights we didn't. Either provide the service daily (it's a nice touch) or not at all.09 November 2010
