5.0 star ratingServicen var ypperlig og det var veldig rent og i orden overalt. Særlig merket vi oss betjeningen på Hotellets restaurant og hvor rent og pent det var her. Beliggenheten er meget sentral i forhold til kjøpesenter hvor absolutt alt var tilgjengelig, her var også mange gode kafeer og restauranter. Verdi for pengene.Sebastian19 July 2013
3.0 star ratingWe had a jacuzzi pool deluxe room which was lovely, nice big clean room, our large 7' wide bed looked the pool and jacuzzi. Nice modern tiled bathroom, lovely large shower, big mirror in bathroom as well as bedroom, plenty of electric sockets, safe, fridge, large modern Samsung TV unfortunately no world BBC news channel.Nice white bed linen changed every 2 days, room included 2 pool towels as well as the usual which were all changed daily.The breakfast is open till 10.30, we were normally there about 9.00, the first thing you have to do is find a table that is not taken or filled with used plates and cutlery, when you find one you then have to set it with your cutlery, but then there will be no knives or forks or spoons, so you have to get a member of staff to get cutlery, when you do get these you then set your table, then you go for fruit juice, these will be empty, get staff to refill, they will then put in a couple of litres which is finished within a couple of minutes, so dont bother thinking about a refill, you go for a glass, no glasses, ask staff for glasse, take juice back to table and somebody has taken your cutlery because there is none available, I would have toast, the first day trying to get butter was an absolute joke, there were guests screaming for butter, staff would bring out 2 or 3 portions, these were away within seconds, went for beans to put on my toast, none, ask staff, they were put into their containers on the hot bath, stone cold, I did'nt know this until I tasted them, guests were helping themselves to stone cold beans. Fancy a coffee, if your lucky there might be a cup. There is an abundance of fresh fruit available in Thailand and its cheap and beautiful, not here tho, when its put out its away within seconds because not enough is being put out, I had 7 breakfasts and managed to secure fruit twice, it was only watermelon at that, no dragon fruit or mango here. The staff wander about chatting to each other as if there is nothing to do, tables are needing cleared, food is needing replenished, there doesn't seam to be a leader directing the staff.jimmyjambo08 August 2013
