4.0 star ratinggood location. Garden maintenance is good. Large variety for breadfast and it is tasty.little concierge service. They are unfamiliar with the details of local tour poor hygiene at the room. Ants are everywhere. Wifi is charged. The staff there failed to notify me immediately after the check-out procedure has been completed. Alson C14 August 2015
5.0 star ratingVi hadde rom i villa området med basseng og utendørs badekar. Veldig bra og veldig rolig område. Personalet her nede var veldig flinke og språkmessig var det ingen problemer. Man blir veldig godt ivaretatt. Rommet ble bra vasket, men til tross for det ble vi plaget noe av maur. Vi kontaktet resepsjonen og de kom med en gang og sprayet og fjernet maur. Veldig god mat på alle restaurantene på hotellet og thai maten på Suan bua er helt nydelig. Vi hadde Club benefits inkludert og det ble servert forskjellige kanapeer som man bare kunne forsyne seg med inkludert drikke. Absolutt å anbefale! Fantastiske smaker! Railway restaurant var også meget bra. Bra kvalitet på mat og service. Elefant bar på hotellet med bandet Wine & Roses er en behagelig måte å tilbringe kvelden på. Synger og spiller mange forskjellige coverlåter som man kan synge med. Veldig bra!Det egentlig ikke noe negativt å si, men ønsker å kommentere servicen på Garden Pool restaurant, litt trege med å komme med meny og ta bestilling, men maten var bra.
