5.0 star ratingI found the Florida Mall Hotel to be a great place to stay, it was close to the attractions without being in them , it was a great base point for shopping both in the mall itself ad the other malls and outlets locally. The hotel was always clean and the staff were great.charging for the bottles of water in the rooms was an additional charge that there is really no need for , it could be optional as neither myself or my sister drink water.06 January 2009

4.0 star ratingResort fee as a payable extra includes 2 bottles of water a day. Stayed 3 days 1st day had to ask for the water 3rd day did not receive the water. If you are charging for it then you must ensure it is left in the room. A reduction in price (or rebate) should have been applied whilst the update work was going on in the reception area during our stay in Dec 2011. Was very noisy and was difficult to access the swimming pool. 03 January 2012
