This is a perfect location whether for business, and leisure. The hotel is minutes from Sea World, Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, and several golf courses. This air-conditioned hotel offers high-speed wireless Internet in all rooms and the lobby, free continental breakfast and a beautiful tropical courtyard. All rooms have coffee makers, safe, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and cable TV. Suites include refrigerator, microwave, 2 TVs, sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms. 4.5 star ratingWe had an excellent stay. When we arrived, it was late and the fence around the property made us a little leary, but check in was quick and no problems especially since we went online to make reservations. We did alot of research and read comments and this was a great deal. The breakfast was nice with scrambled eggs, sausage one day and bacon the next, cereal, fresh fruit, toast/bagel, juice, coffee, etc. Much better than most continental breakfasts of pastries only. Hostess did a great job of keeping things full. We also had time to enjoy the pool which was wonderful from 3 foot to 8 foot. We did not have any little children, nor was the pool full of any. The area surrounding the pool was nicely landscaped with ponds, water falls over rocks, and fish. We enjoyed that. The linens and towels were clean, the shower had good water pressure, and the beds were comfortable. We got a good nights sleep. Location was excellent for us and very convenient, many stores and restaurants in close proximity but we had delivery with no problems. Hotel had very useful area book available in room which helped with our dining decision. Other than the evening train, it was quiet and no loud noises or commotions to disturb us. We would stay there again. Very reasonable for the price.Stain on carpet - did not look good and just made you wonder what caused it. We were on the end next to the train tracks, which we did not see in the dark, but we heard the train at night (not so late as to wake us) - not overly loud and did not shake the room, but noticeable. Also noticed clothes hanging on the fence ibeside the train tracks in the morning - we thought they might belong to a homeless person, but they could have belonged to a guest. We just thought it was unusual at a hotel, I think they had laundry facilities on site, but we did not use them, so not sure. Though the breakfast was good, the bacon was sitting in grease and would have been better if drained on paper towels before putting in serving platter, but it was still good. Really nothing bad about our accomodations overall.LV18 August 2011
3.5 star ratingThe one woman at the front desk named Brenda was a very big help and very polite and helpful. She showed what the true meaning of hospitality was and should be! Kudos to her!The other woman working with Brenda on the 24th of February could use some lessons in courtesy and truthfulness. She lied when I asked if they had a room with a queen sized bed and said they didn't and was very "cold" towards my phone conversation. I called back a couple of minutes later, got Brenda and she moved us to one immediately. Also, when we first arrived my girlfriend asked the other woman if they had restrooms she could use and she said, "No!". I then asked Brenda and Brenda pointed her to ones she could use. 28 February 2012

3.5 star ratingRealy good value for money, god beds, cleaning OK, micro and refrigerator on the room and AC. Pool nice and clean.The breakfast is OK for couple of days , but after 14 days I was really tired on the breakfast. no variation and really long from "continental breakfast".Tomas Sweden17 March 2012
3.0 star ratingRoom had roaches, mold on the door entrance and room smelled like wet carpet. The breakfast was ok basic scrabbled eggs , bacon , two cereals, milk and coffee that's it. The dinning room had no AC on my entire three day stay only had breakfast the first two days first day out by the pool becuase of the heat and second day had no choice but to eat inside with no AC becuase of te rain. Last day I ate at waffle house. Linen and towels were stained and yellow looked like they use no bleach zero. Would not recommend sorry and I'm not a very picket Person at all.Miguel Y. 28 June 2012
4.0 star ratingBreakfast was good and complimentary. Room was of reasonable quality and cleanliness. In my limited experience this is an OK hotel for short stays.Room security should be improved. Chain not operative as end missing. Bolt lock did not go into door frame so not operative. TV reception poor so may be annoying if staying more than one night.03 November 2012
3.0 star ratingThe chambermaid who cleaned the room 1310 was very nice and cleaned the room well.The hotel offers breakfast included in the price which we were looking forward to as the previous hotel we had stayed in on international drive didnt include breakfast and we went out for breakfast but we were disappointed as when we got to the breakfast area there was a long queue of people trying to get their breakfast and it was more like a cattle market and if you were able to get something there was nowhere to sit (the weather was extremely cold so we couldnt even sit outside) and as we are a family of four with two small children it was very difficult and we tried it the first morning but because we found the whole ordeal a nightmare we decided to go across the road to the Waffle House for the following two mornings. As you can imagine we had to spend extra money then we wanted on breakfasts and weighing up the two hotels we stayed in and that they were the same price the hotel on international drive was far better. The hotel would be better to take the breakfast included off the price and at least people would get what they pay for. Joanne Smithjo13 April 2013
