5.0 star ratingNot just a hotel - more of an experience. Staff really friendly and went out of the to help and answer questions. Beds comfy, rooms a great size and just beautifully packaged. The buffet breakfast is one of the best that I have had and will most certainly return the next time I go to Copenhagen.03 March 2009
5.0 star ratingRent och snyggt. Mycket trevlig personal. Bra tillgång till datorer för att kolla mejl etc. Väldigt bra läge centralt i Köpenhamn och nära till shopping Tivoli m.m.Maten i restaurangen höll ojämn klass. Någon rätt var mycket bra medan annan rätt var sämre. 14 July 2012
2.5 star ratingThe outstanding person in the line of duty is Ms Gitte Aterskov who made sure we were happy with our change of room and other inquiries. Whilst other front of house were either disinterested or just more concerned about their appearance then doing their job. The only positive is the central location of the hotel!The hotel does not rate a 4 star rating, the first room given had a skylight that cannot be covered right above the bed (room 333?) and we had to change to another room the next day. Changed to room 425? which faced the Main Street and it was very noisy from early evening to late because of a dance club and youth hostel on either side of the hotel. Anyone who is a light sleeper or need peace and quiet should avoid this place, even a 3 star rating will be kind on my part!Panda03 July 2013
