3.0 star rating I bedroom suite was good. Breakfast restaurant and food was good.Close to Metro Stn.Staff attitude needs addressing. The front desk people are the key to a happy or not so happy experience.So impolite at the front desk as I experienced when checking in. It is not good enough to be kept waiting and waiting for nearly an hour for what reason I do not know. The front desk person was Khaleed, not very customer service focused. Would have appreciated a more open and up front explanation rather than you wait there and get on with it. A problem with the booking company -I do not know but certainly would not want to try this hotel again. Three times I had to remind front desk that I needed an internet cable. I noticed other reviewers found the same problem. What compounded this attitude was an unreliable booking company called Hotelopia.30 January 2013

2.5 star ratingValue for money.The party which consist of three adults and a one year old child arrived at 08:00am and checking was not until 3:00pm. The hotel staff did not offer anything whilst we waited for the room. When the room was finally allocated at 2:30pm it was on a smoking floor, which was totally unaccepted with a one year old child. Had to wait a further 3 hours to be relocated to a non-smoking floor by 7:00pm. 19 April 2013
3.0 star ratingStrategic location very close to Finance Centre metro station and one stop from Dubai mall. Decent breakfast.Mostly patronized by Arab and middle Eastern clients. Hotel needs to be refurbished with a multicusine restaurant.04 July 2013
5.0 star ratingAll the staff was very helpful, friendly and pleasure. I went to Dubai to celebrate my birthday and the morning of my birthday the staff surprised me with a birthday cake. The hotel is located in a nice area and within walking distance of a supermarket, different shops and restaurants. Wray31 July 2013
