1.5 star ratingThe breakfast was not too badthe rooms were not cleaned daily the curtains would let light in even though we had requested to rooms the gave us on room on 24th and the other at 5 floor the swimming pool was small and there was work going on there the washroom was very old pillows were Bad it was at best on two star the reception area staff were rude Hameed28 July 2015
2.0 star ratingroom was ok for 2 persons to stay for maximum 1 dayit was such a nightmare experience in this hotel i had the following to say about the hotel 1- the receptionist was fighting with a guest because he didn't allow his male friend to go to the guest room 2- when i asked why you don't allow visitors he said it is the hotel regulations 3- staff wasn't friendly at all 4- TV was not working and i asked for technical person to resolve the issue no body bother 5- reception smells 6- house keeper came to my room to guide me to the remote control place & he was asking me about the room service level to have tips 7- security acts like a police man Yosry28 August 2015
