3.5 star rating As a regular visit to the hotel I have seen some very good changes.The hotel is undergoing some needed refurbishment that looks very nice, carpets,furniture, ect.and this hotel really tries to give you the service thet you would expect from a5* standard and Iam thet future guest will enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this hotel with a very friendly and willing to help staff MR ALLAN MCPHEE06 July 2010
3.5 star ratinghotel is very correct as 4 stars not quite 5 stars. The personal are friendly in general. The meal is good but it depends. We always take half board and evening you have to buy the drink each night that a bit blizzard conditions at least there may offer a pitcher of water! Very really bad thing that the inter net is very excessive pay more (8 EUR per hour). We do not understand why 5 star hotel that charges Internet to customers in addition Wi-Fi does not cost anything to the hotel!charles7528 April 2012
