4.0 star rating	clean big spread of bed. super comfortable. good location, not to far off from big malls and city centre.	i stayed for 3 nights here. the first morning and second morning, the staff actually press on the doorbell when i was asleep and before I could come to the door, they opened the door!! can you imagine opening the door using their staff access card just because I did not open the door on 1-2 bells prompt. What if I am in the midst of changing my clothes?? it is just so unbecoming of them. hotel should improve on this really big time.	sarah ann	03 February 2013

3.0 star rating	the hotel has a very nice and modern setup and the room is large	although I request for non-smoking room, the 13 th floor still smells of smoke and it comes in from the ventilation to the room and takes a while to clear. I suppose there isnt any non-smoking floor. I'm also surprised to find that guests can actually smoke inside the hotel and even at the lobby cafe when places everywhere are discouraging smoking indoor. Also although the pillow cases are changed they still smell like they havent been aired for a while. Changing the cover didnt take away the smell and it was difficult to feel homely and sleep with that	lxchan	04 December 2013
4.0 star rating	Staff were a delight to deal with. Service was excellent.	Rates for laundry were high. Clothes came back with an unpleasant odour. The air-con in the passageway was too high.		05 January 2014
