3.0 star ratingThe hotel room price is pretty reasonable, perhaps due to its introduction promotion (??). Location is superb with access to Plaza 33, Jaya 33, DiGimall several malls within walking distance. Taxi is easily flagable as its near to main road. Facilities are brand new and staff is generally friendly.This is my second visit and notice that the Bathroom has a stink smell, not sure it has a water choke or sewage pipe problem somewhere. Design of the shower partition has constantly wet and flood the floor on the basin and toilet side. WiFi is another weakest link of the hotel, the speed of the wifi is generally acceptable but the connection always drop and most of the time unable to log in whether is in room or in common areas i.e. restaurants, reception area etc. This believe is due to capacity issue with numbers of users on the wifi access points. Also, the wifi Access points has no roaming in between, often has to re-login going from one area to another. This is not acceptable for a NEW hotel. I hope that BWPJ can look into these issues in order to command a decently standard hotel in PJ. CS26 April 2015

4.5 star ratingThe staff at reception were most helpful and professional during my 3 weeks' stay at Best Western. They did their best to ensure I had a pleasant stay and nothing is too difficult for them to assist, even in ensuring a taxi did specifically arrive to take me to KLIA early in the Morning. Well done & Keep up the Good Work. A special thanks to Ms Fara for her kind assistance too. WiFi tends to be slow at certain times of the day/night.R Lim17 June 2015

3.5 star ratingClean n comfort The toilet emit foul smell from floor water outlet below the toilet bowl. The foul smell came from that floor water outlet because it was partially sealed and unable to be brushed n cleaning by your room service staff. Some immediate rectification work need to be done in order to stop the creating of foul smell. The foul smell carry from toilet to the hallway and the room. 3.0 star ratingThe location is closed to Jaya One where is the location for my training. You have to request for everything, shower cap, shower gel and tooth brush. They will not change the bed sheet everyday unless you asked by putting the card on the bed. However they don't provide the card for my room. so we need to request for it. The next day we put the card on the bed but the bed sheet was not changed. We need to request for the service. I am not sure we can call them best western. 4.0 star ratingThe staff has always been very good at their job, courteous and efficient. Maybe because I have stayed there numerous times and they recognise me. The rooms are small but adequate, clean and comfortable. The location is close to malls and many restaurants and eateries.This time when I checked in there was a nasty smell in the room and just like one of my earliest stays, it emanated from the bathroom. I think there may be a deficiency in the plumbing system. Anyway, housekeeping happened to be around when I went into the room and the staff immediately reported it and got to work to clear the drainage in the shower. Soon the smell was gone but it returned the next day and they fixed it again. It was room 1119.Teik19 January 2017

Sometimes I want some fresh air.The room only had 1 folding rack to hold 1 suitcase. 2 fold up racks would be good. 4.5 star ratingsmall room but has everything you need. not all hotel provide comb and dental kit. but they do, upon request. its such a great help, because we forgot to bring toothpaste, and certainly dont feel like buying a big tube . 24 marts just downstairs, there's many bars and restaurant, and cafe downstairs. serving good food. everything is too small. i wished the shower area were bigger, i wish the swimming pool is bigger. it was so small even 5 people is too crowded. cammie01 April 2016
