3.0 star ratingConsidering the age of the hotel it's clean, comfortable with great beach access and nicely groomed landscaping with inground pool. Bedding was clean and comfortable and a very good hv/ac system that maintained the temperature setting.The hotel needs to upgrade to today's standards. WiFi is only available in the lobby, lobby needs to have a large flat screen HDTV, as well the rooms need these same upgrades. Our room had an old style TV with limited channels. Unfortunetly, we had a day of rain on our two day stay and there was little to do. No game room, a small in room tv with no in room WiFi made the day long and boring. The hotel lacks DETAIL to up grades/cleanliness. i.e dirty door frames & grab handles, scuffed and worn door trim & baseboards, no bathroom ventilation system. PJ31 March 2010

4.0 star ratingWhen we first arrive my husband saw the toilet was not bolted down to the floor. The staff was very quick to switch us to a new room. At that point we asked about the beach front rooms and they were very accomendating to let us switch. I'm so glad we did! The beach front rooms allow you to walk right into the beach. We loved the staff. All of them were very friendly, especially one of the maintance men. House keeping came by everyday and had no problem giving us extra towels when needed. This isn't the Ritz so it's not perfect and there is some chipped paint in the hallway, and the air vents were dusty, but we were very pleased with our stay and would def. stay again. We did eat at the restaurant at the hotel. It's a little pricey but it was good. Other then some things needing cleaned, everything else was ok.Anonymous 12 July 2014
