5.0 star ratingExcellent first impression of reception which extended to the rooms, spacious, clean and very well decorated. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful and shuttle to the airport ran according to the timetable. We stayed at the hotel after a trip to Disney as it was close to the route back to the tunnel and also Paris. We used the hotels free shuttle to the airport to catch the train into Paris and this worked perfectly.When booking I was unable to specify the age of my daughter and the default age was 1 year and I couldn't change it. On arrival the room had a cot which was too small for a 5 year old. The hotel quickly made adjustments and we were given a more suitable room. The food in the hotel was also a little expensive for a family but I found France in general more expensive than I expected.SNS03 January 2013
4.5 star ratingFantastic hotel - free shuttle buses to and from airport. Also free shuttle bus to shopping mall. Staff friendly. Room was lovely and very spacious, kitchen area, seperate toilet, seperate shower and bath, double sinks in bathroom. Seating area with couch and plasma tv. Also plasma tv in bedroom. Large balcony. Spa was really good, good size pool, sauna, staem room and jacuzzi, very relaxing. Small little village 5 mins walk from hotel with a couple of bars and a few restaurants. Free wifi in most areas Not much vegetarian choice in restaurant (only one option) Anonymous 06 October 2015
