4.0 star ratingThe check in was fine and the room in order.No waitingRegarding the shuttle service to the airport.My first experience going to the hotel was fine, but when I was going back to the airport, I was driven to Terminal 1 and next thing I knew I was back at the hotel, it took one hour to get to Terminal 2. The driver wouldn't communicate with anyone, it was not a language problem. He needs to learn the importance of service.01 September 2008

2.5 star ratingI am so glad i can make a comment regarding our short stay,as we arrived i had written my booking reservation number on a piece of paper,i gave this to the male receptionist and he said he has to have the printed copy,i made him aware i didn't have one but showed him the conformation on my laptop,his response was i should check in somewhere else and come back the next day,this made me and my partner very concerned as it was late and had just arrived via the airport .He was very very unhelpful and really made us feel like we had done something terribly wrong..I have stayed with the holiday inn chain before and it has always been a good experience but i most certainly cannot recommend this hotel after the service we received upon our arrival.05 October 2008
