4.5 star ratingGreat hotel for a short family break with lots of activities for children. The little cinema is fab for the kids if you have an hour to kill before dinner. We dined in the Brasserie during our stay and the food was lovely.Found the pool extremely unclean. The water was so dirty that one of the toys my children had taken along to play with in the pool could not ben found after it sank to the bottom, even with the use of goggles! The changing areas were also not the best with all of the sinks in the ladies changing area being out of order. In addition, although the food in the Brasserie was good, the food in the cafe areas at lunchtime was not up to much.16 February 2012

3.0 star ratingkids clubs great, facilities greatthe room we were in had very a poor fitting window, through which the strong winds blew straight into our room making it absolutely freezing cold. we ended up filling in the massive gaps around the window with 3 hand towels and moving the beds as far away as possible from the window and turning the radiator in the room up full. you do not expect this in a hotel of its kind. the menus were a let down, and hardly changed the duration of our stay. the service in both the meikle and brasserie restaurants was extremely poor and took forever and food was not that great.in general, staff were extremely unhelpful, did not appear to care, and in some cases, were just downright rude. not what you would expect in a hotel of this kind. having stayed in the hotel on previous ocasions, we have seen a massive decline in the quality of both the hotel, and its staff. all in all, a huge disappointment.disappointed07 April 2012

3.5 star ratingGood family resort, Staff mostly very polite and friendly.The beds, bed linen and duvets could do with updating. The cleanliness was OK but Sheets are a bit on the economical side. Luckily the hotel is well heated. Some areas of the hotel are looking a bit tired. Unfortunately the cooked buffet breakfast was not as hot as I would like it, but that is the nature of the thing, unless it is freshly cooked.Robbo25 March 2017
