4.5 star ratingHotel is easy to find, well located for access to Manchester International Airport. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and comfortable. No noise from the airport in the room we had for the evening. Staff are polite, and check in was easy and very quick.14 October 2008

Due to timing of flights we decided we'd be best placed staying at the airport as the train from Manc Picadilly runs late into the night. This worked out great for us. Hotel met/exceeded all expections...except they forgot to give us a wakeup call. We had alarm set on phone anyway.chimpchamp02 May 2009

5.0 star ratingDas Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet.Der Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen/Bahnstation sollte etwas besser koordiniert werden. Ich hatte einen Transport um 8.30 Uhr zum Bahnhof bestellt. Doch morgens war so viel los (es regnete auch noch in Strömen), dass die beiden Busse voll besetzt waren und ich auf den nächsten warten musste. Diese Wartezeit dauerte mir jedoch zu lange und ich wollte meinen Zug um 9.00 Uhr nicht verpassen, so dass ich einen Taxifahrer mit einem Fünfer dazu "überreden" konnte, mich auf seiner Rücktour mitzunehmen und am Bahnterminal rauszulassen.18 July 2011

4.5 star ratingOur flight was earlier, we requested an early check-in , the reception were very compliant, we paid a token fee of £20 in order for a room to be available. The room was clean and tidy, it could have done with a hoovering, we were both tired from the night time flight so we didnt complain it was a small issue anyway. The following morning we had this carried out by the hotel cleaner. We asked for more pillows and more tea bags they were delivered to our room very promptly. The location of the Hotel was ideal only a few minutes driving time from Airport. The transport to and from airport and railway systems was excellant, staff very friendly and helpful in any questions that may have arisen about the area of Manchester. The design of the front reception, being set back quite a bit from front doors , and no signs above or below your staffs heads, that mentions the word reception, this would be more comprehensive and more friendly and appealing. Thursday 31st of May 2013, I experienced a stomach migraine, I could not go for my breakfast, I said to my husband why dont u go on down for breakfast, he didnt want to go on his own. There was no literature that stated that u could book breakfast to your room, as at the weekend , breakfast was served until 11.00 am. The towels for bathing were very small, they were more like drying for your face and hands, than a full xxl size bath towel. rubyred5305 June 2013

4.0 star ratingGood breakfast and not much to moan about!Bath towels too small and no fan / aircon made the room stuffy. Parking should be included in the package. I don't expect to pay to park when I stay at hotels! It's a Ryanair of doing business that finds every chargeable extra to levy on Customers who have little choice at the time. You may be losing business by charging for parking but may attract more if you advertise it as FREE. I can understand having to pay for holiday long stay but a real put-off for a one nighter!TNT27 June 2013
4.5 star ratingI thought that the hotel was lovely, clean, pleasant and I had no issues.My fiancé and I booked our car in to the car park for an eight day stay. I felt that on our return journey that one (seven seater) bus every fifteen minutes is unacceptable. I had to eventually order a taxi to get myself, my fiancé and my 78 year old mother back to the hotel. This is because we waited for half an hour to get back to the hotel and my mother was becoming increasingly unwell with standing in a queue for this length of time. The receptionist gave my fiancé a plastic bag within his car key in, but failed to explain that the exit ticket for the barrier was in it. We ended up holding up quite a few cars as we did not know how to get out of the car park. A stranger had to tell us - a job for the hotel receptionist.13 July 2013
