5.0 star ratingRoadworks going on right outside the hotel all night!! meaning I got no sleep at all. Limited free parking, once the free underground car park is full you have to pay to use the NCP, there is a discounted rate but it should all be free for hotel guests.12 December 2008
5.0 star ratingWe arrived on St.Patrick's Day to an absolutely jam packed hotel, however all staff were extremely helpful and friendly even though they were under immense pressure. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel really seemed to cater for families.The only negative comment would be that it was an inward facing room, looking a roof and the rooms opposite.21 March 2013
5.0 star ratingSpent three nights in the hotel, room had a comfy bed with a great view of the peace bridge. Facilities excellent, cleanliness excellent, quality of food great, good verity at breakfast. Staff professionalism second to none, good value for money. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only negative was that we were on the second floor and there were functions every night on the first floor, this was very noisy and sleeping proved difficult. 25 August 2013
