3.5 star ratingReceived an upgrade to a 2-bedroom villa because one of the buildings was under construction. Large convention facilities and my family enjoyed the multiple outdoor areas.I appreciated the upgrade but because we were in the villas and NOT in a regular room we were MUCH farther from the conference. The villa was large but the kitchen was outdated and the room looked dirty and like it had not been occupied in a very long time (dusty, dead bugs, etc). We also ordered room service and visited the on-site restaurants. Both were overpriced ($12 for sandwiches) but that is to be expected in a tourist area. And the food was only ok.20 September 2011
3.5 star ratingThe hotel room was beautiful. Very large and very clean. Lobby was also very nice, lobby workers and bell hop was very nice.Pool bar was a very big let down, smelled like soured milk where I was sitting, waiter was in la la land and food was a huge let down, very small menu and most if it was just over priced frozen food. We wanted to get away for te weekend and had hopes of just sitting around the pool and enjoying the day, we ended up going out to a local bar because of the bad atmosphere Cm19 October 2011

3.5 star ratingEfficient check in process, clean villa.Refused to waive resort fee even though we had arrived past midnight. Truth be told, we were there two days for a conference and we did not even use any facilities in the hotel. Guess the $22.40 went to pay for parking.Anonymous 16 December 2015
2.0 star ratingAfter a long flight we arrived at the Hotel we went to reception checked in then went to our room The room wasn't the standard we thought it would've been it was very dated we then went down to reception to complain the room wasn't to are standard they said there is nothing they could do our complaint was about the room the shower and the bath was very dated it was like the kind of bathroom you would get in a one star hotel we never got much help from the reception or what they could do is we could put you in another room a $20 night surcharge which meant we would have to give up a room with two queen size beds and a pull-out bed for a A room with A king size bed and a pull-out bed we thought it was very unacceptable we never want to stay in that hotel after their attitude we asked for a refund but they could not provide that they said we'd hath to make contact with our Hotel Internet site and sort it out with them on top of that they said there was an extra charge for resort fee of $157 which we never knew what time we wasn't happy with the service we ended up staying there but we had no other option I would not stay in this Hotel again it's like a two starMr and Mrs thomas29 October 2015
