4.5 star ratingvery friendly staff. We were surprised to find out the receptionist spoke english, not a common fact in France!! Nearby the old centre of Orléans.Below the sink in our bathroom on the fourth floor, there was a big hole. Not so very pleasant to see!25 October 2011
