2.0 star ratingFurniture was missing or broken. No kettle. Found out upon arrival that rooms are let to students for university accommodation and you could tell! Hotel advertised English speaking staff which they didn't have. We arrived half an hour after check in time, were given our keys and arrived at our room only to be treated very rudely by the cleaner who hadn't finished and didn't want us in there. Loads of extra charges that weren't advertised. No clean tables or crockery at breakfast, Ignored when we turned up. When we did sit down coffee machine didn't work and staff didn't seem to care. People were carrying mattresses past us to go out of the back door. So disappointed that we nearly cancelled the hotel in Le Mans booked for our return journey which was part of the same chain.Anonymous 30 October 2015
