4.0 star ratingI really enjoyed staying in Cameron Highlands resorts. The staff are friendly and polite; greeted us with a smile and helped us with our enquiries with patience and professionalism. Also did their best to provide with out needs. The room is awesome! Love the room and its a wonderful experience to have breakfast on bed. We also had spa at the Spa Village and it was out first time. It was a great and memorable experience for the first timer. Overall, it is a great vacation stayed and been missing the room and place ever since i came back to my home. Will consider to have another trip over to pamper ourselves there.However, food is a major disappointment. Received Champagne on the first day instead of Sparkling juice when we have requested for sparkling juice as we are muslim couple. For breakfast, we has poached eggs but it was too well done to be a poached eggs. For Dinner (as we purchased a package that consist of dinner by the fire/gazebo - depend on the weather), as starter we were given bread and balsamic sauce with olive oil. After consume it, we were told that the balsamic sauce were not certified halal. Next, the tiger prawn was too salty and too much seasoning that it gives an unpleasant taste. The steak was abit near to tasteless. Overall, i only enjoyed Lava cake and the croissant bread with butter, in terms of food. It was delicious and perfect. It is quite a distant away from the city. Moreover, our stay was on a holiday season the traffic jam is ridiculous. However, it does not effect our tours much but it was tiring to sleep on the van for an hour to just reach a near distant destination.Haimin02 January 2013

4.0 star ratingIt was a pleasant stay. rooms were spacious and clean. The Jim Thompson room was very nice. If you are driving the signages to the hotel is very BAD. Something needs to be done to improve that. The breakfast was yummy but a selection would have better. As in a buffet. For the price if RM70 I expected more from breakfast. Nmp25 December 2013
