1.0 star rating	Most of the staff where helpfull	The rooms where dirty and very shabby The breakfast was one of the worst we have ever been offered supermarket value goods whould be an improvement. If we had not already paid and the hour so late we whould not have stayed.		18 November 2008

2.0 star rating		the room was mucky holes in carpet which i have a pic ov covered by duck tape,wen asked if we could be moved to a closer hotel nearer town ,was told we would lose money and have to pay again...we fimally did get moved to the sahsas hotel which i cuold not ask for anything beta		03 June 2010

3.0 star rating	reception were very friendly and welcoming	I telephoned ahead to ask about the shuttle service as I was arriving in the early hours of the morning and travelling alone. I was given a number to call on arrival which I did. I was then picked up by club cars and charged 10 pounds !!! I was given totally the wrong information of what to do on arrival which meant I overpaid by 4 pounds for the shuttle service. I brought this to the attention of reception who merely said "sorry about that" hmmm?	sal	08 November 2015
