4.0 star ratingStaff where nice and the hotel itself was in a great location to access for transport was amazingly good as everything was right outside, from trams, trains and buses. Everything was okay, although breakfast can be improved as giving more variety every morning and not just the same things every day. Maybe having a ongoing house cleaning constantly there would help, as there are times when the house cleaner is there and leaves.Anonymous 16 March 2016
