3.5 star ratingthe bath room mirror is the best mirror ever!!Hotel have charged me more than what was agreed upon making the booking there was no written letter to confirm how much i would be gettin charged. i left my phone by accident at the hotel, i checked out at 9. when i went back and informed the trainee at reception she told me as i had checked out she wouldnt allow me back in the hotel room. after speaking to another lady at the hotel she allowed me to go and get my iphone. she was very helpful.
