3.0 star rating	Decent room rate for Saturday night	Expected much better from Ballys. If we ever come back we will not stay in the Claridge tower. Painfully slow dirty elevator. People we met in elevators were all complaining about their rooms Dirty hallways. Dinner room service took 2 hrs. 45 min hotel lobby check-in. Hotel desk promised someone would come up to room & hook-up ipad to free Wi-Fi, but they never showed up. Final straw was $45.00 tab for a lousy breakfast for two. Ballys and other Atlantic City casino hotels better wake up. We have a right to expect better when paying premium for a Saturday night	Anonymous	26 February 2014
4.5 star rating	Check in was easy and customer services (Nicole) informed us of all deals and promotions throughout the hotel. They extended our check out without a fuss. And the baggage hold was super convenient.The tower wasnt the best but it was clean and spacious.	I understand that I stayed in the Ruby room which has been remodeled but the elevators had issues and instead of them putting us into a different tower they were trying to charge. 2.5 star rating	the food was good and the casino was convenient	at check-in at 4:20 p.m. They had no king size beds available I had to get a double bed checking was at 4 o'clock I had friends that came around 6 p.m. They all got a king size beds three separate rooms I was very upset because it was Valentine's Day and I would have liked to have slept in the same bed as my boyfriend. when I book the room 2 weeks in advance it was available. 3.0 star rating	Price was better than all of the other casinos on the boardwalk. Staff professional and friendly. Hotel is in a great location. Easy to walk to other casinos.	Check in lines were long. Half of the elevators were not working. We stayed in Claridge tower. We were told not to worry about the elevators since this part of the hotel would no longer be managed by Ballys in a week. That did not help us since we still had to use them during our stay. Several people waited so long they walked up 18 flights.. Hallways and carpeting in hallways were dirty. The rooms were clean in comparison but very old. Bathroom had mold on shower curtain and water did not drain quickly out of the shower.	Anonymous	27 February 2014
4.0 star rating	very clean hotel room except for the spill stain between the 2 beds. the rest of the hotel was very clean. the only thing i would suggest is: maps on how to find things in the hotel. it is so big i kept getting lost! also a complimentary map with local restaurants shopping and hotels on it would be fantastic! i will go back to Bally's.
