This family-friendly, city residence is located in the Meriadeck, business district, very close to the historical city centre. Guests will find restaurants, public transport links and shopping in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The Mérignac Airport is some 12 kms from the establishment. Built in 2008, the hotel offers a total of 160 apartments in a modern style for either a few days or a few weeks. The residence is fully air-conditioned. Each apartment is decorated in a modern style and is fully equipped with modern appliances. 4.0 star ratingThe staff were friendly and very happy to help. The room was very clean. The small kitchen unit was small but adequate and useful. The bathroom was very clean and had a very nice shower. The hotel was quiet so we slept well. We were on the third floor so we had green windows which meant that the room was completely green. I really disliked it! The double bed was more like a double camping (foldaway) bed, although admittedly it was very comfortable and sturdy. I could smell the drains when i first came into the room - but this was usually better when we kept the plug in the kitchenette's sink.Emma18 September 2011
3.5 star ratingnear to tram station to get into town quickly night porter good english both rooms air con not working had to clean shelves before putting clothes on them towels had to last 5 nights ? although never asked to replace bordeaux wine 20 October 2012
2.0 star ratingClose to the City center, very close tram station.BED!!!! Horrible, loud at every little movement. We couldn't sleep all night. Poor breakfast, not worth the money we paid. Internet in room available only with cable connection and if You want to have WiFi you have to pay extra! Free WiFi only at the reception area.SB25 April 2014
