4.5 star ratingTheo at the reception was very helpful to us - we arrived around 7am and although he didn't have to give us the rooms till 12noon, he helped us with check-in and made sure we were comfortable. We booked the hotel for one 2 bed room, two 3 bed rooms and asked months ahead to be given seaview rooms that are close to each other. Apart from the one 3 bedroom, none of the rooms even had WINDOWS and they were actually quite disappointing rooms. This was for my bachelorette weekend and we would have liked to be accommodated on that front - and we were promised by the manager Helena we would be.07 June 2012
