This hotel in traditional Tunisian style is located on Gammarth beach, just 140 m from the seafront, in the middle of a eucalyptus and mimosas forest and just 7 minutes away from the village of Sidi Bou Saïd, the Carthage museum and archaeological park. The international airport of Tunis and city centre can be reached within 15 and 30 minutes, respectively. The hotel offers 186 rooms, 24-hour reception, currency exchange, WIFI, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, outdoor and indoor pool, playground and free on-site parking.

1.5 star ratingN/aA huge hotel complex, more like a resort, probably built in the 70s, deserted and falling apart. The Hotel is empty, no customers, ice cold by 10 degrees outside, poorly maintained and not clean at all. The staff is very layed back, most of the time sleeping somewhere and hiding as good as they can. The room is falling apart, doors cannot be closed, windows opening themselves, very poor and old sanitary facilities. 1 whole day without any water, some hours without electricity, no service available in the hotel. The restaurant doesn't serve really food, 3 dishes only and microwaved. Food was cold, bland and really disgusting. Drinks, you have to take what they have available, no choice. Cleanliness, very poor, cigarette burn holes in the blankets, brown and yellow stains on the bedsheets, some hairs in the bed, questioning the hygiene of the place. The bathroom is very smelly and far from clean. Toilet didn't flush propperly either. Internet, only available in the lobby, put on your jacket as it is ice cold. This was by far the worst "Hotel" i've ever visited on my travels and I highly recommend to avoid this place. Gerald18 February 2013

4.0 star ratingVery welcoming staff, the rooms, corridors and reception were clean, the indoor swimming pool was very nice and we were given the key to swim on our own.The bed was not very comfortable, repetitive boring music all day in the reception area which is the only way to get Internet access at,Libya 24 March 2016
