3.5 star ratingNice clean roomI had mentioned at the time of booking that it was my 6 year old sons birthday and asked if a bit of fuss could be made over him when we checked in, but despite my request and him clearly waering a birtday badge, not once was he wished a happy birthday by the staff, which was disappointing ! The sofa bed that my son had to sleep on was also not ready, and when it was it was extremely uncomfortable for him to sleep on, it was too hard! Also paid for hotel parking and was later told when we tried to park in the hotel that the car park was fully booked so we had to find an alternative place to park.12 March 2013

4.0 star ratingLovely views of Salford Quays. Excellent professional and friendly staff. Right opposite the tram station. A good 4* hotel. It was hot in the room due to the air conditioning system being upgraded but this should be completed soon. The window opened in the room so this helped.Corrosion16 June 2014
5.0 star ratingStaff are always so friendly and polite here! Breakfast always hot and fresh and good range of items. Beds comfy, rooms very clean. Lovely view if you are lucky enough to be high up. Great location for Old Trafford - just a short walk up the road. We will keep coming now we've got season tickets!!Emma17 June 2015
